"Raastey" translates to “ways” in English. I chose this name for the app to reflect its two main purposes:

1. To create pathways toward reviving and promoting a more efficient, convenient, economically viable, and environmentally sustainable public transportation ecosystem in India.
2. To highlight that there are multiple ways to reach a destination — thus highlighting a multi modal approach to travel.

By leveraging modern technology, which has become an integral part of our everyday lives, Raastey aims to transform the way we move — making public transit smarter, more accessible, and better aligned with the needs of a growing and dynamic population.
